For a world-renowned medical school, we achieved a comprehensive overhaul of Facility Management (FM) services, focusing predominantly on classroom and laboratory spaces. This project included the integration of a new work management system and the development of a strategic 5-year budget plan for FM services.
Our project with a leading Life Sciences client included a multi-faceted approach. We successfully orchestrated the decommissioning of one of their existing facilities, followed by a relocation to a new property in Kendall Square. Here, we provided a suite of FM services, encompassing project management, janitorial, and office services.

Extending Beyond Construction: Due Diligence, RFP Management, and Corporate Program Development with a Focus on ESG and SOP Integration
We undertook the transformation of a client space into a 50/50 lab-office facility with BSL2 turnkey capabilities. Our role extended to conducting due diligence for potential acquisitions, managing RFP and service contracts, and developing corporate programs. This included the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives and the formulation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
